Companies demonstrating commitment to employment equity
BBBEE Verification Requirements
Suppliers wishing to claim BBBEE status must provide:
- •Valid BBBEE certificate issued by a SANAS accredited verification agency
- •Sworn affidavit for EMEs with annual turnover below the threshold
- •Certificates must be valid and not older than 12 months at the time of tender submission
